All items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during busy seasons.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using a tracked shipping service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Local pickup may be available. If you are located in the Milton, Ontario area, please contact us prior to ordering to arrange pickup if desired.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
